Generate an Excel File from an Ext JS 4 Grid or Store!
Fig Leaf's Steve Drucker was tasked with building an application whereby the user could export report data contained within a grid to Microsoft Excel. Under normal circumstances, he would have used a server-side approach using ColdFusion's robust functionality. However, in this particular case, they were using . NET and wanted the middleware developer on the project to stay focused on building the core .NET CRUD web services that were required for the project.
